About Nakagai

What Nakagai is

Nakagai (also styled Nakag.ai) is stock market intelligence software. It tells you what changed for the US companies you follow, and why.

Anyone can read its public pages without an account: a daily brief on the market, a page for each US stock with its quarterly results, ten years of figures, 8-K events and short interest, the trades company insiders and members of Congress report, what well-known funds hold, and a calendar of economic releases and earnings reports.

Members also get a desk: an agent that briefs them before the open, recaps the day after the close, and answers questions about their stocks in plain English. Members can connect their own AI assistant to the same data.

Where the data comes from

Company figures, insider trades and fund holdings come from filings with the SEC (its EDGAR system): 10-K and 10-Q reports, 8-K events, Form 4 insider reports and 13F holdings. Congressional trades come from the periodic transaction reports members of the House and Senate file under the STOCK Act. Short interest comes from FINRA. News comes from 27 feeds across 18 outlets.

The numbers come from that data, run through a reproducible engine. An AI model writes the words around them; it never writes the numbers. Each row on a stock page names the filing or report it came from.

Who makes it

Nakagai is made by Louby Labs, LLC, PO Box 18586, Anaheim, CA 92817. Write to us at hello@nakag.ai or through the contact page.
